COLUMBIA, S.C. – Congressman Clyburn will participate in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dorchester Reach of the Lake Marion Regional Water System. He will be joined by officials from the Lake Marion Regional Water Agency, Dorchester County, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Santee Cooper.
The program will be held on Monday, February 12th at 10:00 am at the First United Methodist Church in Harleyville, S.C.
