(Columbia, SC) — Sixth District Congressman and Assistant Democratic Leader James E. Clyburn will join with officials from the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service to announce $2 million in federal funding to help private landowners in 17 counties along the I-95 Corridor install conservation practices to improve soil, water, air and related natural resources. The funds are part of the EQIP program, a voluntary conservation program that provides financial and technical assistance to eligible landowners.
