Jim Clyburn invites eligible entities wishing to request federal funding through the congressional appropriations process to submit programmatic funding and Community Project Funding (CPF) requests by completing the corresponding form, which can be found below.

FY2025 Programmatic Funding Requests

PROGRAMMATIC FUNDING IS CLOSED.

Only fully completed applications will be considered. Applicants may be asked to submit additional information. Please ensure all information on the form is accurate.  

Deadline: The Submission Deadline for FY25 Programmatic Funding Requests is Monday, April 29, 2024.

FY2025 Community Project Funding Requests

The opportunity to request Community Project Funding is available to nonprofit entities and state and local governments. For-profit entities are NOT eligible.

Applicants seeking FY2025 Community Project Funding may submit an application HERE.

Deadline. Please complete each section of this application and submit your completed application no later than May 1, 2024.

When submitting a request, please keep the following in mind:
•    For-profit entities are not eligible.
•    Submission of a request does not guarantee your request will receive funding.
•    The information you provide may be subject to public disclosure requirements.
•    Each project request must be accompanied by evidence of community support (this may include letters for published articles.)
