Democratic Faith Working Group

Leader Hakeem Jeffries has reestablished the Democratic Faith Working Group (DFWG) for the 119th Congress. The DFWG began several years ago to help our members find common ground on legislative issues and develop ways to connect with the faith community. The Democratic Faith Working Group is committed to working to strengthening families and communities, protecting SNAP and safety net programs, expanding broadband, strengthening gun safety laws, making our immigration system more humane, and advocating for many other issues that are important to the “least of these.”
